2023 CTWC Northeast Regional took place at RetroWorld Expo in Hartford, Connecticut. It happened on August 26, 2023.
Winner won $500 to help fund their trip to Portland, Oregon to compete at the 2023 Classic Tetris World Championship.
After the Qualifying Rounds, players were seeded by number of maxouts achieved, followed by their highest non-maxout score (kicker).
