2023 CTWC Poland Regional took place at Pixel Heaven in Warsaw, Poland. It happened on May 27-28, 2023.
The winner won a paid trip to Portland, Oregon to compete at the 2023 Classic Tetris World Championship.

In the Qualifying Round, players waited in line for an open station. From there, they had one attempt and had to go back in line for another attempt.
Players also had the option to rent a station at an additional cost. That gave them a 90-minute session.
After the Qualifying Round, players were seeded by the number of maxouts achieved followed by their highest non-maxout score (kicker).
Top 16 players advanced to the Gold Bracket
Seeds 17-24 were placed in the Silver Bracket
