Classic Tetris Monthly (CTM) organized the 2024 CTM Lone Star Championship. Which was held at Classic Game Fest at Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas. It happened on July 19-21, 2024.
Qualifying was mainly done online, with limited in-person qualifying stations available for those that are unable to do their qualifying session online.
In-person qualifying happened on July 19
Open Championship happened on July 20
DAS Championship happened on July 21
Qualifying sessions were 1-hour each. Open Championship had a Level 39 Super Killscreen in Qualifying and Bracket play.
Players were seeded based on the average of their Top 2 scores in Qualifying.
Top 16 players advanced to the Main Bracket, while the remaining players advanced to the Taco Bracket (this was CTM’s version of the Silver Bracket).
The only known saved footage are the Top 4 matches.
