2024 CTWC Motor City Mayhem Regional took place at Gate Keeper Games in Berkley, Michigan. It happened on May 11, 2024.
Winner won free entry into 2024 Classic Tetris World Championship.

In the Qualifying Rounds, in-person and online qualifying was available.
For online qualifying, players were given a 45-minute session to get the highest score.
In-person qualifying featured a waiting line for players to get an open station. Rental stations were also available, where the player will get a 45-minute session. Players that have already did an online qualifying session, were not allowed to get a rental station.
After the Qualifying Round, players were seeded based on the highest score achieved. Any points that were scored on Level 39 and above did not count towards their qualifying score.
Seeds 1-12 (Top 12) advanced to the Gold Bracket
Seeds 13-25 (13 players), which is everyone else, advanced to the Silver Bracket
Both Gold and Silver Bracket were Double-Elimination
Silver Bracket was done off-stream
In the Gold Bracket, early rounds were Best of 3.
Starting with Winners Finals and Losers Semifinals (Top 4 overall), matches were Best of 5
