The 2024 Jonas Neubauer Cup happened on September 28-29, 2024 at the Portland Retro Gaming Expo. This was the first Jonas Neubauer Cup.
Jonas Neubauer was a 7-time Tetris World Champion who dominated the early years of the Classic Tetris World Championship (CTWC) using the DAS method.
The Jonas Neubauer Cup is a DAS tournament. Which means that Hypertapping and Rolling are not allowed.
DAS playstyle is when the players hold down the buttons to move the pieces. Here is a video that explains what it is.
