The 2025 CTWC Genesis Regional took at Genesis X2 Expo in San Jose, California. The Open tournament happened on Saturday, February 15. In this tournament, all playstyles are allowed.

In the Qualifying Round, players signed up for a 1-hour qualifying session. They were seeded based on the number of maxouts, with their highest non-maxout score (kicker) used as a tiebreaker.
16 players advanced to the Gold Bracket, where all matches were Best of 5. While everyone else were placed in the Silver Bracket.
