2023 CTWC UK Regional took place at 1UP Didsbury in Manchester, United Kingdom. It happened on August 19-20, 2023.
The winner won free entry into 2023 Classic Tetris World Championship.

In the Qualifying Round, players waited in line for an open station. From there, they would have one attempt at the game and can return to the line for another attempt.
Players can also rent a station where they will be given a 1-hour session with unlimited attempts.
After the Qualifying Round, players were seeded by number of maxouts achieved, followed by their highest non-maxout score (kicker).
There were a total of 24 spots in the bracket, but there were only 22 participants. So all of the players advanced to the bracket.

Seeds 11-22 started in Round 0
