2024 CTWC Midwest Regional took place at Midwest Gaming Classic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It happened on April 6, 2024.
Winner won free entry into 2024 Classic Tetris World Championship.
On the day before the tournament, there was a Hatris World Championship.

After the Qualifying Rounds, players were seeded by number of maxouts achieved, followed by highest non-maxout score (kicker).
Seeds 1-12 (Top 12) advanced to the Gold Bracket
Seeds 13-21 advanced to the Silver Bracket
In the Gold Bracket, Seeds 1-4 had byes to the Quarterfinals
Round 0 and Quarterfinals were Best of 3
Semifinals and Finals were Best of 5
Silver Bracket Finals happened before the Gold Bracket Finals. All other Silver Bracket rounds were done off-stream.
