2025 CTWC Vietnam Regional happened online. It happened on July 14-27, 2025.

Qualifying happened on July 14-19
Play-In Stage happened on July 20
Bracket Stage – Round 1 and Losers Round 1 happened on July 25
Bracket Stage Finale happened on July 26
Qualifying consisted of 1-hour sessions. Afterwards, players were seeded by the average of their Top 2 scores.
8 players participated in the Qualifying round.
Seeds 1-4 advanced to the Bracket Stage. Seeds 5-8 competed in the Play-In Stage to determine their seeding rank going into the Bracket Stage.
Play-In Stage was a 4-player Single-Elimination bracket. All matches were Best of 3. This stage determined the seeding rank of all 4 players going into the Bracket stage. It was essentially a seeding tournament.
Bracket Stage was an 8-player Double-Elimination bracket. All matches were Best of 5.
