2026 CTWC Vietnam Regional took place online. It happened on August 10-16, 2026.
8 players qualified for the tournament through a series of tournaments that happened throughout the 2025-2026 season of the Classic Tetris Vietnam Series (CTVS).
There was a Winter Split and Spring Split tournament in the CTVS, where players compete in a series of matches to earn match points. The Top 8 players with the most match points from both of those tournaments advance to the CTVS Season Finals.
The Season Finals tournament consist of multiple matches to determine the Top 4 players. Those players qualified for the 2026 CTWC Vietnam Regional and competed in a Double-Elimination Championship Bracket to determine Seeds 1-4.
The remaining 4 players competed in a Qualification Bracket which is Double-Elimination GSL format, where the winner of the Winners Bracket and the winner of the Losers Bracket qualify for the 2026 CTWC Vietnam Regional as the #5 and #6 seed, respectively.
There are also 2 open tournaments that happened throughout the 2025-2026 CTVS season. The highest ranking players that haven’t qualified yet gets the 2 remaining spots in the 2026 CTWC Vietnam Regional.
The 2026 CTWC Vietnam Regional consisted of an 8-player Double-Elimination Bracket. All matches were Best of 5.
