Honda Fan Cup featured a Tetris Effect: Connected tournament. It was held online throughout October 2022. Tournament was open to players who were at least 18 years old that were living in United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Players competed in Classic Score Attack in Tetris Effect: Connected.
There were 4 qualifier tournaments, one held each week. The winner of each qualifier tournament advanced to the Finale tournament to compete alongside the Top 4 eligible players from the 2022 Classic Tetris World Championship (CTWC).
Each qualifier tournament was double-elimination. Early round matches were Best of 3. Winners Finals, Losers Finals, and Grand Finals were Best of 5.
The later rounds were livestreamed on CTWC Twitch Channel. Week 2 of Qualifiers happened on October 9, 2022.
