2021 CTWC Canada Regional was an online tournament. The winner won free entry into the 2021 Classic Tetris World Championship.
Qualifying happened on September 1-16
Play-In Tournament happened on September 18
Main Tournament happened on September 19
In the Qualifying round, players were given a 1-hour session. The average of their Top 2 scores were used to determine their seeding rank.
Seeds 1-6 advanced to the Quarterfinals. Seeds 7-24 competed in the Play-In Tournament for the remaining 2 spots in the Quarterfinals.
In the Play-In Tournament, the 2 Finalist advanced to the Quarterfinals. The winner got the #7 seed, while the Runner-up got the #8 seed going into the Quarterfinals.
