2022 CTWC Desert Regional took place at Game On Expo in Phoenix, Arizona. The entire tournament happened on August 6, 2022.
The winner won free entry into 2022 Classic Tetris World Championship.
In the qualifying round, players were ranked by the number of maxouts achieved, with their highest non-maxout score (kicker) used as a tiebreaker.
Top 16 players advanced to the bracket.
All matches were Best of 3 until the Finals. Finals was Best of 5.
