2022 CTWC Midwest Regional took place at Midwest Gaming Classic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Winner won $500 and free entry into the 2022 Classic Tetris World Championship.
Qualifying happened on April 29 – May 1. Bracket happened on May 1.
Players were seeded by the number of maxouts, following by their highest non-maxout score (kicker) in the qualifying round.
Top 12 players advanced to the bracket. Seeds 1-4 had byes to the Quarterfinals, while Seeds 5-12 started in Round 0.
