2022 CTWC Ohio Regional took place at Game Arena OSU in Columbus, Ohio. It happened on August 13, 2022.

In the Qualifying round, players had the option of doing online and in-person qualifying.
Online qualifying opened on August 8. If the player opts to do an online qualifying run, they were given a 45-minute session.
Players were seeded by the highest score achieved.
Top 36 players advanced to the bracket.
Seeds 29-36 started in Round 0, while Seeds 1-28 started in Round 1.
Rounds 0-2 were Best of 3.
Quarterfinals through Finals were Best of 5.
