2022 CTWC Washington State Regional took place at Heritage High School in Vancouver, Washington. It happened on May 21, 2022.
The winner won free entry into 2022 Classic Tetris World Championship.
In the qualifying round, players were ranked by the number of maxouts achieved, followed by their highest non-maxout score (kicker).
There were 12 spots in the bracket. Only 7 players participated, so they all made it into the bracket.
The #1 seed had a bye to the Semifinals.
All matches were best of 3 until Finals. Finals was Best of 5.
