2023 CTWC Midwest Regional took place at Midwest Gaming Classic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It happened on April 1 and 2.
Winner won free entry into 2023 Classic Tetris World Championship.
Qualifying happened on April 1 and 2
Bracket happened on April 2
After the Qualifying rounds, players were seeded by the number of maxouts achieved, followed by their highest non-maxout score.
Top 12 players advanced to the Gold Bracket.
Seeds 13-20 (8 players) advanced to the Silver Bracket.
Gold Bracket was Double-Elimination
In the Losers Bracket, Round 1 was Best of 1. All rounds after that were Best of 3.
In the Winners Bracket, Round 1 and 2 were Best of 3. Winners Semifinals and Finals were Best of 5.
Grand Finals was Best of 5.
Silver Bracket was Single-Elimination. All matches were Best of 3. They were not recorded.
