2026 CTWC Detroit Regional took place at Gate Keeper Games in Berkley, Michigan. It happened on May 9, 2026.
Qualifying consisted of 45-minute sessions and used a point system.
Each score at or above a maxout earns the players points. 2 points for 1 Million, 3 points for 1.1 Million, 4 points for 1.2 Million, and so on. (13 points max)
Players are seeded by total number of points, with their highest score is used as a tiebreaker.
All 28 participants advanced to the bracket, which was double-elimination.
Matches were Best of 3 until Winners Semifinals and Losers Quarterfinals. Later rounds were Best of 5.
Most of the early round matches were played offstream.
