2022 CTWC UK Regional took place at Gemini Games in Huddersfield, England. It happened from September 10-11, 2022.
The winner won free entry into 2022 Classic Tetris World Championship.

Bracket happened on September 11
In the qualifying round, players waited in line for an open station. They also had the option of renting a station, where they are given a 1-hour session.
Afterwards, players were seeded by number of maxouts achieved, with their highest non-maxout score (kicker) used as a tiebreaker.
Top 24 players advanced to the bracket.
Seeds 1-8 had byes to Round 1, while Seeds 9-24 started in Round 0.
All matches were Best of 5.
