
The 2026 Classic Tetris World Championship (CTWC) is happening on June 5-7, 2026. Here is how you can watch the tournament live.

2026 Classic Tetris World Championship Schedule
Here is the schedule (subject to change), all times listed are in Pacific Daylight Time (-7 UTC). You can use this link to calculate time difference.
Day 1 – Friday, June 5
There are 4 qualifying time slots happening on Friday. Each player is assigned a time slot.
In each time slot, players have 90 minutes of unlimited game attempts. When time runs out, they will be allowed to continue playing their current game, they won’t be allowed to start a new game.
Qualifying will use a point system to determine seeding. Players will be seeded by number of qualifying points earned, with their highest score used as a tiebreaker.
Time Slots (all times are in PDT)
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
- 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
- 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Tetris The Grand Master 4 (TGM4) Tournament
There will be a Tetris The Grand Master 4 (TGM4) Tournament. The Top 8 matches will be happening at 7:00 PM PDT/9:00 PM EDT (2:00 UTC).

Day 2 – Saturday, June 6
Last Qualifying Time Slot
There is one more qualifying time slot. It will last from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
- Seeds 1-48 (48 players) advance to Gold Bracket
- Seeds 49-80 (32 players) advance to Silver Bracket
- Seeds 81-112 (32 players) advance to Bronze Bracket
The Gold Bracket is where the Top 48 players compete head to head to become the World Champion.
In the Silver and Bronze Bracket, other players get to have the experience of competing in a Tetris match. The winners of those brackets get a small prize.
At 12 PM, there will be a class picture, featuring all of the players that made the brackets.
All 3 tournaments are scheduled to start at 12:30 PM PDT/3:30 PM EDT (19:30 UTC).
Gold Bracket – Round 0-1
For the Gold Bracket, Round 0 (Top 48) and Round 1 (Top 32) will be played that day. All matches in this bracket are Best of 5 (first to 3 wins).
At the end of the day, the Gold Bracket will be down to 16 players. The Top 16 will compete the next day.

Silver and Bronze Bracket
All of the Silver Bracket and Bronze Bracket rounds will happen that day.
In the Silver Bracket and Bronze Bracket, the first 3 rounds are a Best of 3 (first to 2 wins). While the Semifinals and Finals are a Best of 5.
The Silver and Bronze Bracket will be streamed on Twitch.

Day 3 – Sunday, June 7
At 10:00 AM, the Top 16 players will take a group photo. Afterwards, Sergio and the Holograms perform the Tetris Anthem.
Top 16
At 10:30 AM PDT/1:30 PM EDT (17:30 UTC), the Top 16 Gold Bracket begins. For the rest of the day, the 16 players compete head-to-head to become the World Champion.
The Final Round is scheduled to start around 5 PM PDT (00:00 UTC).
