The 2019 Dr. Mario Championship (DrMC) was the third annual tournament, which was held Replay FX in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This turned out to be last time the event was held at that expo, as Replay FX was unable to survive from the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The tournament featured the return of 2-Time Champion, Packie, who was ready to defend his title. But new players were showing up to the tournament such as Heather Ito, who was able to go neck and neck against Packie at a Dr. Mario Side tournament at the 2018 CTWC.
7-time Tetris Champion, Jonas Neubauer was there to commentate it all.
After the qualifying rounds, 32 players went head to head in the playoffs.
